By using PayintimeHub, you confirm that:

• •Skill-development courses

Course providers and educational institutions are responsible for their respective course content, faculty, curriculum, course schedule, admission, certification, examination, attendance, course quality, eligibility, learning outcomes, and applicable refund rules.

PayintimeHub may allow property owners, agents and brokers to advertise properties for sale, rent/lease, commercial use, residential use and other permitted property transactions. Property owners, agents and brokers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings.

• •Fulfilment
• •Applicable legal compliance

PayintimeHub may provide marketplace and technology facilities but does not manufacture or independently guarantee third-party products unless expressly stated.

PayintimeHub may facilitate:

• •Tour packages
• •Holiday packages
• •Travel bookings
• •Accommodation
• •Transportation
• •Travel-related services
• •Other travel products

The applicable travel operator or service provider is responsible for fulfilling the booked service. Customers should review the package details, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation rules, travel dates, accommodation, transportation and additional charges before booking.

PayintimeHub attempts to provide accurate information. However, product descriptions, images, prices, availability and service information may be provided by third-party sellers or service providers.

Sellers and service providers are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to PayintimeHub is accurate and not misleading.

All sellers/service providers using PayintimeHub must:

• •Other information required under applicable law

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials. You must immediately notify PayintimeHub if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

PayintimeHub will not be responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security, subject to applicable law.

PayintimeHub may accept payments through third-party payment gateways and financial service providers, including:

• •Razorpay
• •Cashfree
• •Other payment providers introduced from time to time

Payment processing may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment provider. PayintimeHub may not directly store complete card credentials where payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.

Users must not share:

• •CVVs
• •Passwords
• •UPI PINs
• •Other confidential payment credentials

with PayintimeHub employees, sellers or third parties.

An order or booking is subject to successful payment and confirmation. PayintimeHub or the relevant seller/service provider may cancel or reject an order where:

• •Product/service is unavailable
• •Incorrect pricing is displayed
• •Fraud or suspicious activity is detected
• •Required information is missing
• •The seller cannot fulfil the order
• •Cancellation is required by law

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the PayintimeHub Refund & Cancellation Policy and any applicable seller/service-provider policy displayed before purchase. Different categories may have different cancellation and refund conditions.

Where physical products are purchased, delivery may be provided by:

Delivery timelines are estimates unless a guaranteed delivery date is expressly stated. Delays caused by circumstances outside reasonable control may occur.

Users must not:

Users may provide ratings and reviews where enabled. Reviews must be genuine and based on actual experiences. Users must not:

• •Upload defamatory content
• •Upload personal information of others
• •Use reviews for unlawful purposes

PayintimeHub may remove content that violates applicable laws or platform policies.

All intellectual property belonging to PULSE PAYMENT TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD, including:

• •PayintimeHub name
• •Logos
• •Website design
• •Software
• •Graphics
• •Text
• •Platform content
• •Trademarks
• •Other proprietary material

is owned by or licensed to the Company unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised copying, modification, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.

PayintimeHub may use third-party services including payment gateways, logistics providers, communication providers, cloud providers, travel providers, mapping providers and other technology providers. Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies.

Your use of personal information is governed by the PayintimeHub Privacy Policy.

PayintimeHub aims to provide continuous service but does not guarantee that the platform will always be:

• •Error-free
• •Uninterrupted
• •Completely secure
• •Free from technical defects

Maintenance and technical issues may temporarily affect services.

PayintimeHub shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government restrictions, strikes, network failures, cyber incidents, pandemics, transportation disruptions or payment-system failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PULSE PAYMENT TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD shall not be liable for losses arising solely from the acts or omissions of independent sellers, merchants, educational institutions, course providers, property owners, brokers or travel operators.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users and sellers agree to indemnify PULSE PAYMENT TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD against claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from:

PayintimeHub may suspend or terminate accounts or listings where necessary due to:

• •Other legitimate platform-safety reasons

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on PayintimeHub.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts having jurisdiction over the Company's registered office.
